Tim Woodall was so great while selling our house in Ringgold! He was always calling to see how he could help. He answered all the questions I had, and if he did not know the answer, he checked and got back with me. He made sure I understood what I was signing and was honest and up front with me. I can't say the same for the realtors I used in FL to buy a house! His wife Connie is an angel! She was there for support and offered help also. He will have your best interest at heart, not his! He also has a great photographer! Tim goes above and beyond. You will not be sorry you chose him as a realtor.

I really can not say enough positive about the service you will receive with Tim Woodall as your realtor. He came highly recommended by a friend of mine who listed and sold his home with Tim. At that time Tim helped paint the place to get it on the market. When it came time to sell my house, Tim had me 11 offers in the first 24 hours and 15k over asking. Then when my movers forgot to empty my attic, Tim went over and cleared it out for me. None of this is his job so I wouldn't expect these extras, but these examples show you the work ethic and character you get with this realtor. If I ever buy another place in TN or GA, Tim will be my first call.
